Pumpkin Pie Granola Smoothie

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups Chilled Vanilla Almond Milk
2/3 cup Chilled/Frozen Pumpkin or Butternut Squash (mashed or cubed)
2/3 cup Chilled Apple Juice
​1/3 cup Sliced Frozen Banana
​1/4 cup Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola (or other granola)
​1 Large Pitted Medjool Date or 2 regular pitted dates
1 tsp Vanilla Protein Powder
​1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
​1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Optional: 1 TBSP pumpkin seeds

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a blender until they are nice and smooth.
Optional: Pour into a glass. Then, sprinkle on a bit of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice..
Note: If this seems too thick for you, add another 1/2 cup milk, another date or two and 1/16 tsp sea salt.
Serve and enjoy :)
