I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, drawing, coloring, cooking up delicious and healthy drinks and food in the kitchen, teaching youth and adults, and helping out in the community. I have served through various ministries, Toys for Tots, Boy and Girl Scouts, 4H, LIONS International, AmeriCorps, and The U.S. Navy aboard the USS Peleliu, The U.S. Army as a civilian ASVAB Test Administrator, & Marine Corps Reserve as a volunteer Toys for Tots Coordinator. I graduated from Whitworth University in 2005 with a BA in Religion and Certificate in Lay Pastoral Ministry and from Grand Canyon University in 2010 with a MA in Education. I bring numerous years of teaching, running various businesses, including a juice and smoothie deli, and broadcasting experience to bear in generating content for this site and helping others excel in all aspects of life.

I met my wife in 1994 while singing in the choir of the UCC in Chewelah, WA, where we were also married in 1996.  I started writing children's books in 2010 with Flome the Gnome and eventually wrote my first hymn, Rock of My Salvation and Soul near the end of 2012.  I also enjoyed helping my boys create a cooperative game for Boy Scouts and have since worked on a few others. While I have sent books and games to various publishers, I have not been able to publish one yet through a major publisher.
