Apple Pie Granola Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup chilled almond milk
1 cup apple juice cubes
1 large cored apple (about 2 cups diced)
1/2 cup vanilla almond quinoa granola (or other granola)
1 large pitted medjool date or 2 regular pitted dates
1 TBSP vanilla protein powder
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp sea salt

Preparation
Combine ingredients in a blender until they are nice and smooth.
Optional: Pour into a glass. Then, sprinkle on a bit of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy :)
