Ingredients
1/2 of a green apple
1 kiwi
1/3 cup peeled, diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup frozen grapes
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup packed spinach
1/2 cup apple juice ice cubes
1/2 cup grape juice
1 TBSP raw pumpkin seeds or coconut protein powder with pumpkin seed
Optional: 1 tsp diced jalapeño or serrano pepper

Preparation
Blend all ingredients together thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy :)
