Pearly Blue

Ingredients

1 Can of pears in 100% juice (14.5 oz.)

1/2 Cup frozen pineapple

1/2 Cup frozen, sliced bananas

1 Cup frozen blueberries and/or frozen blackberries (I like using 1/2 a cup each when I have them both in my freezer.)

1/2 Cup apple or mango juice

Optional: 1 1/2 Cups of freshly diced pears and 3/4 Cup apple or mango Juice

Optional: 1 TBSP vanilla protein powder
