Gnate the Great
Gnate the Great is what many called him. He was a red hat bard well renowned for singing the blues. One time Gnate was singing about his lost love, Gnoma Jean, whose yellow bonnet resembled a banana. In audience at the Gnizzly Gristle Café, a young gnome nibblin’ on some wild berries heard this tune:
Oh you were my ba..ba..ba..banana.
And I’ll ever luv….luv….luvest you!
Oh, Gnoma Jean, you were my queen.
But you left me all alone,
in my little mushroom home.
Oh, Gnoma….Gnoma Jean, I am so blue.
Oh, Gnoma Jean, I don’t what to do.
Why’d’ga leave me Gnoma Jean,
I might be wrong but your leavin’s not so keen.
Now I’ve the ba….ba….ba….blues…
from my hat down to my shoes.
And I don’t know what to do,
Cause I am so ba….ba….ba….ba….blue……
Oh you were my ba..ba..ba..banana.
And I’ll ever luv….luv….luvest you!
Oh you were my ba..ba..ba..banana.
And I’ll ever luv….luv….luvest you!
Now staring at a fruit filled basket on the counter, the young gnome, whose name sages have forgotten, suddenly gained some gnomazing inspiration; grabbed a banana and squished it together with some of his berries. Then, with a gnicked smile, stirred this into his Gnalmanazche’s Zhewl. Thus was born a cool concoction that even helped Gnate the Great turn his frown upside down!
Now that’s Gnomazing!
