Piña Colada Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ~ 5.3 oz container or 2/3 cup yogurt (plain, honey, or vanilla)
3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen coconut milk ice cubes
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1-2 pitted dates
Optional: 2 TBSP shredded coconut flakes
Optional: 1 tsp to 1 TBSP vanilla protein powder
Optional: 1 tsp to 1 TBSP coconut protein powder
Optional: Malibu Flavored Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
- Put all ingredients into the blender and whirl until smooth and creamy.
