Cherry Pop Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups frozen, pitted cherries

3/4 cup 7up

3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (for a non-dairy version, use a non-dairy yogurt)

1 tsp vanilla protein powder (If using plain or honey yogurt, add an extra 1/2 to 1 tsp)

1 tsp lemon juice

    Put all ingredients into the blender and whirl until smooth and creamy.

    Serve and enjoy :)
